Meet Eloise

Eloise and her twin sister were born prematurely and had an extended NICU stay. Once home, her parents noticed that Eloise had low muscle tone and was not meeting motor milestones like her sister was. The family was referred to a home health physical therapist, who had the skills to assess Eloise's physical weaknesses. With input from Eloise's parents, her therapist developed a plan of care building strength within her natural environment to support faster progress.

Eloise began sitting up, crawling, pulling at furniture to stand, and walking with her hands held within four months. Now, she's well-situated to develop normally through the rest of her childhood.
